- FOUND: Could not duplicate issue. Customer state he installed his own loaded struts. Issue might be bad left front strut. During inspection found lower control arm ball joint has play. Customer request replace control arms. Could not duplicate starting issue. Possible crank sensor or we recommended stating with a tune up. At this time customer could not perform spark plugs but request fuel system cleaning. Also during inspection found A/C hose starting to leak.
- REMOVE AND REPLACE MOTOR OIL AND OIL FILTER, LUBE CHASSIS WHERE APPLICABLE, CHECK TIRE PRESSURE AND ALL FLUID LEVELS. ***INCLUDES MULTI POINT INSPECTION AND REPORT.

- CONTROL ARM – Remove & Replace – Lower,Both – [DOES NOT include alignment.]
- Road test vehicle. Check all suspension and steering parts for wear.Check tire pressure and condition. Check riding height. Check alignment of all four wheels. Adjust caster, camber, toe in and trust angle as needed on all four wheels. Center steering wheel.
